Nice hotel, very central with great view of the sky tree and Mount Fuji if you’re lucky. Room small by western standards but recommend for location.

Always stay here when in Asakusa

We always stay at the Asakusa View Hotel when visiting the area. Great location with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Excellent buffet in house. Great service.

They have unique events going on . We were fortunate to enjoy an outing with Sumo wrestlers and see how they make Mochi and procure try it as well. Language is a barrier especially for the night staff. They don’t have round the clock laundry options very limited hours and one can’t make it especially as tourists .

Very Nice Hotel with amazing Views (Especially from the bar and buffet and restaurants. Beds are Asian Style (very firm) so may be difficult for Western Visitors.

Great location & view but room for improvement

This was one of our numerous stays at the hotel. We love the location, the view over the Sky Tree (you can't beat that) and the good service. However, some of the rooms really need to be refurbished. The new payment system (through a machine) doesn't go well with a hotel of such standards and it is confusing. The staff had to come and assist so why not pay at the front desk? And... whether it is your first time staying there or the 10th, nobody seems to have a record of it. It is always a bonus though when you are greeted as a return guest.
