What a gem! A fabulous hotel with wonderful amenities. All of the staff were so nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. We loved the massage chairs. So helpful after long travel. Great location, easy to get to the train. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back!

Staff are accommodating but realistic with timelines and honest with the request of clients. Even if we disagree , we can find a solution. :) they are also Genuine hearted - no fake smiles. Which is great. Builds my trust. Food is great. But wish I could have more ala carte to make my own salad without the buffet option to allow for my food restrictions and to try more Japanese food without gluten (gluten free soy sauce is made at T’s Kitchen nearby ). This is 4 star hotel. But is better than my stay at Tokyo Chinzanso. So I came back to Niwa. ! Hope to see them again.

First time to Japan and we struck gold with Hotel Niwa Tokyo! The staff was so kind. The property is so cool, quiet and tucked away in a quiet part of Tokyo a few minutes walk from everything. Beds fantastic, breakfast was 5 stars, relaxation room with the best massage chairs on the planet. Overall, this place was perfect for our family, 2 rooms with three beds each so we could hang out if we wanted to chill. My kids. 14 and 19 loved it. Great restaurants also within walking distance.

Beautiful hotel with cozy hotel rooms. Great transportation near by. The wifi is very slow / inconsistent, which is very inconvenient.
