Two nights to get our bearings

We spent our first two nights in Tokyo here just so make the transition easy. The hotel was comfortable and service impeccable. Lovely property with plenty of food options and pleasant gardens. The room itself was very small and nothing to write home about, especially considering the cost. You're definitely paying for the "resort-like" options (many restaurants, pool, etc). But it did the trick for helping us land on our feet.

We enjoyed all areas of this hotel from the Sky Bar to the interesting shops, the small dining areas on the lower level and the gorgeous garden offering a pleasant walking opportunity. It was easy to get a taxi at any moment for seeing Tokyo sights. The staff was courteous and pleasant. The people at the Concierge desk were a huge help to us in planning our day trips. All in all, this was a great experience!

Rooms were very nice and spacious. We really enjoyed the gardens they had around the property, and took lots of photos. However, the pricing for a lot of their restaurants is way too high. We also had various rude interactions with staff members. I would also like to note it was a 15 minute walk to the closest train station. It was not convenient for us. Not something we would book again.
