The garden is incredibly maintained and beautiful! We enjoyed our stay with a nice view of the city (it says garden view but we were on the 33rd floor and it was hard to see the garden from where we were as it was right under us). Still a lovely stay, housekeeping was very good at keeping our room clean, lots of amenities, spacious rooms. Like some have mentioned it is a bit dated and needs a refresh look but in terms of accomodation and practicality, it's definitely what my husband and I were looking for

The room size was good. Products in room were good. The area around the hotel, park, waterfall was beautiful. Front office staff did not speak good English. Bathroom was bit dated. The bin/bag in the bathroom of my hotel room had not been emptied/cleared from the previous guest. For the type of hotel and price of the room I find this level of service unacceptable.

This property absolutely deserve five stars. I was treated like royalty by every member of the staff and everything about the hotel exuded excellence. I can't think of any reason to stay elsewhere in Tokyo. Bravo!

This was my second time at this property and I still love it. they have upgraded the tower rooms and they have good views. last time i stayed in the Main and had a garden view. walking distants to many food spots as well as the train.
