Pleasant and comfortable stay

Our family of 5 spent 2 nights at this place. We booked the family unit which can fit 8 because we wanted more space and that everyone gets a bed. It's about 10min walk from Ueno station which is not too bad considering of our big luggages. Property is very new and clean. We arrived at 3pm and there was a staff at the counter who was very friendly and helpful with our check-in.

Great location near Ueno station and the local district including shopping and eating. Very safe area; and the rooms are super for a family of 4. Small kitchen allows some self catering.

Very near to the Keisei Ueno station, plenty of late night food options around the property. The room itself is spacious and clean, equipped with a kitchen and dining area. The self-check in and check out process is fast and smooth. The only issue is that the luggage storage area is way too small and everyday between 10am (after people have checked out) and before 3pm (before people can check in), the entire luggage storage area is completely overwhelmed and it might be difficult to store and find your suitcase.

loved the size and layout of rooms! it is close to public transportation and plenty of walkable dining and shopping options. only downside is there is no lobby staff to help with luggage transport. laundry is not in the room but not a deal breaker. i would stay here again if visiting Ueno area.

Love the location- how close it was to Ameyoko and Ueno station. There’s also a 7 eleven nearby for our water and snacks. Laundry was easy and not too crowded. Check out was online and a breeze. A few things we didn’t like: lack of receptionist manning the front (can’t help with forwarding luggage) and that our trash wasn’t cleared. All in all was a great stay and good value.

Stayed there for 6 days with my family. It is in a great location that is safe and quiet. It is about 4 minutes walking distance from Okachimachi Station. The museum district is about 5 minutes away via train...Okachimachi to Ueno Station. There were also lots of dining options close by.

Worked well for our family of five. Location is good - close to main train station, dining, and supermarket yet in a quiet back street. Room size was ok - we were out most of the time and it was fine to shower and sleep in and eat a quick breakfast. Check in and out was straightforward.
