The massage chair in the room is the size for a child. Please get rid of the chair and get a comfortable chair that an adult can sit in comfortably. The glass, the bathroom and mirrors are all spotted permanently it seems. It gives a dirty feeling. The CNN channel does not produce any sound while all the other channels do. I have stayed here before in the same problems still exits unfortunately. Otherwise it’s very clean. Quiet bed is comfortable. Staff is friendly.

Great location. Subway station entrance just around the corner. Many restaurants right outside the restaurant. Very lively and felt safe. 7/11 around the corner as well and a drug store. Room was on the smaller side. Bathroom was small but had an updated look. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful view of Tokyo tower from our room. Bed was comfy, shower was hot with good pressure. Staff were friendly and helped us ship our luggage. Only thing was the room was a bit small, it was a squeeze to open two large suitcases, but the room was smartly designed around the small space.

The room was located at a prime stop and near train stations and restaurants. The room was very clean and roomy. I stayed on the higher floor and the view when the sunrises peaking out from the buildings to the night sky where it looks like a sea of lights will be engraved in my memories forever. Plus the view Tokyo Tower made it 100000% better. I didn’t really interacted with the staff much but they were very kind when I did. The tub and massage chair was so luxurious that it made leaving the hotel room hard.
