I was pleasantly surprised to find traditional tatami floors throughout the property, even inside the elevators. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a variety of traditional Japanese dishes such as grilled fish, miso soup, rice, and many others available daily. The highlight of the stay was definitely the hot spring bath located in the basement. The spring water sits at a relaxing 40.3°C, and the facility includes a sauna and a cold bath, making it a perfect place to unwind. The rooms are average in size for Tokyo, but they are well-equipped and provide everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay.

WIFI was terrible, not working at all, unless woke up in the middle of night to use the free WIFI. Also without Japanese name and address after booked online, nearly most Japanese would not able assist where is the hotel when the address in English including taxi driver and nearby shop. Perhaps, providing what subway to ride from the airport to hotel and where to get off with a map identify the hotel location, Google Maps doesn't help either when connection is poor. Staffs are nice.

Great place, the staff was super helpful. The rooms are nice, the washrooms are a little older but they’re still clean and good. I have a tattoo on my forearm and I showed up with it covered (but the patches at Don Q); they were okay with me using the onsen.
