Well maintained and charming place. Spacious rooms. Air conditioner worked perfectly and very quiet. Unfortunately the hot water didn't work well for my morning shower. The water pressure just dropped and it was very frustrating. Overall pleasant stay.

Blood all over a clean towel folded and facing out and also I'm sure unrelated blood spots over the top of the sink in the bathroom. There was a mistake with the booking date that had to be changed and the staff was not my issue you sort it out! We have been staying here once a year for the last 12years and noted a decline in the last few years. Thanks Fergus

Beautiful spot, loved the room. Balcony was sensational in the afternoon. Great to see a pet friendly place that welcomed all comers. Breakfast was delicious as was dinner. Dinner meals were a bit small though. Definitely worth another visit.

The Mercure Canberra was a wonderful place to stay. Its location is super convenient, providing easy to access all places of note. The rooms are well presented and extremely clean. The facilities are very good and the dining options were great.

The area I stayed in was quite old. Carpet shabby but the room was clean. Not all toiletries were filled eg: body wash empty. But all good as I always carry my own.
