The room was a bit tired, no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the reverse air in was not particularly effective - also the carpet needs to be relaid, it had lots of wrinkles- bit of a tripping hazard. But a good location, lovely gardens and courtyards to sit in.

Stayed here a number of times over the last 20 years and it has become very expensive for a 3/3.5 star property, the standard queen needs an overhaul. Will not return

Hotel was tired and dirty. Overpriced and unclean with depressing lobby and facilities. Would never recommend to stay here.

I suffer with allergies and asthma and the mustiness and dustiness started instantly in the corridors Other then that tidy, convenient and helpful

It’s a very dated hotel, in need of a refurbishment as the decor and furniture in the rooms is looking very tired. Additionally we were not notified in advance that there was no minibar. To have soft drinks and water available would have been nice, even some snacks. This was also not noted on the website. Everything was just a bit substandard. We won’t be staying there again

We attended the Canberra Beer Festival so the property was very convenient. Proximity to the city also convenient. Very clean and tidy and everything was as expected. The only small thing was the room was very tight with the table along side the bed. Otherwise very enjoyable.
