It was close to everything and the beds were super comfy. Only downfall was they only had wifi in the common areas not the rooms. But they had awesome common areas to accommodate that.

We were a bit disappointed with our 3 night stay here. Check in was good. Directions to the room were good. Undercover parking was also good. The spa and sauna both looked to be in good working order. Accessing the room was difficult they key lock, had to jiggle it quite a bit every time we entered. The room was of a good size with a kitchenette, lounge, desk and queen bed. A separate bathroom with shower over bath. Unfortuantely upon entering the room, one could see a wall with black dirt/dust from the entry point. At some stage the aircon unit has been replaced with a smaller unit, and it appears the wall has never been cleaned since. The pillows were very thin, so when we inquired about extra pillows, were told there were none. There was no hair dryer, but upon inquiring the next day, one was delivered to our room. The location of this hotel is practical, easy walking to the City. The tram is being installed outside, and the nightworkds did not disturb us. I understand that this hotel has been taken over and it is being renovated, but surely standard cleanliness and ensuring access to the room is not fiddly would be desirable .

Advertised free WiFi - not in the room, only around reception / dining room. NO Continental breakfast being served each morning - so don't expect to be eating there!

Easy to locate on the highway and good proximity to a few restaurants. Free parking, although some car spaces are a bit tight. The staff were helpful & friendly, with lollies on the front counter. The rates are quite reasonable for what you get. Thankfully we didn't have noisy neighbours because the noise travelled down the hallway. Overall, it was okay, but I don't know if I'd stay there again.
