Thank you for your review. We take the health and safety of our residents and guests very seriously and am unsure why one of our staff would not be wearing a mandatory mask and do apologise for this. We appreciate your feedback on the room as we are currently working with our apartment owners on a refurbishment project.

Had a one night stay in a "suite" and it was like stepping back to the 90s, as that's the last time the room was updated. One of the worst beds I've ever stayed on - just a worn out spring mattress. Furnishings were old and cheap. Blinds were broken. Aircon control only had half a display so had to guess what settings it was on. Check in experience was terrible as there were two different sets of reception times listed in the confirmation and when I rang, they gave me a another closing time. Wanted to charge me an extra $15 for parking even though every apartment already has a carpark available. Very disappointing all round.

Thank you for your review! Reception staff are available until 5pm weekdays and 3pm Saturdays. Outside of these hours our phones are diverted to a call centre who will pass on any onsite issues directly to our onsite manager to attend to. I am not sure why your call/s were not answered or what happened so please accept our apologies. Being so close to the city we do find residents and the odd guest may take advantage of our parking and this makes it harder for us to manage although we will always do our best to provide an alternative car space.

Tried to check in on a Saturday afternoon and reception was closed. The room was satisfactory but not for the price we paid. The foxtel advertised didnt work, the shower head needs replacing, the sliding doors need to be fixed or replaced. The facilities advertised were there; however they were crammed into a space that wouldnt have been comfortable if we were planning to stay longer than one night. The only positive thing I have to say is that the car parking was easy to use and they did give us a late check out with no extra cost. I wouldnt recommend this location for any extended stays, but for one night where sleeping and showering before an event is concerned it was ok.

Good morning Anonymous, Thank you for your review and really appreciate your feedback. As we do not stay in the rooms we do rely on our guests to provide important feedback as this assists us greatly in areas requiring improvement. Upon receiving your review maintenance has attended the unit and fixed the sliding door and foxtel. We do send each guest a message 24 hours prior to arrival so all guests are aware of our limited office hours and we can best prepare for late check ins. Our studio rooms are definitely not designed for long stays however do provide all necessary facilities.
