Dear guest, Thank you for staying with us. I took note of your comment and was a bit surprised that you refer us as a kmart version to another hotel as we did spend a lot of effort in our decor to provide our guest a true Marsden experience. Due to it being a heritage building, not all the rooms has a balcony and I do apologise that a lamp and some amenities were missing in your room, I have passed this feedback onto our Front Office Manager to review the procedure with our staff. We have identified all our guests who are in self-isolation during this period and are not aware that you are one of them. Unless you might have not informed any of our staff during this period which you would have had contacts with them and have violated the rule set by the government. To this extent, we have performed extra cleaning and sanitising throughout the rooms and common areas.
