The room was in disrepair, veneer peeling off edges, stainless steel looking milky, curtains broken. Totally underwhelming.

Whilst we do have an aging building, we ensure the high standard of upkeep and maintenance, however I am sorry if this was not evident during your stay. We were disappointed in paying $358 for the night looking at a brick wall and the bed wasn't even Queen size ! If you are going to charge that much at least supply a queen bed not a double.

Good location but that wasn't enough to justify the price. The hotel was a bit dismal and run-down. Decor was 'dull' - too much brown. No flowers to brighten up the lobby area and reception was uninspiring.

After a very trying day we arrived and were greeted by extremely friendly staff who made me feel welcome. Hotel very clean, comfy beds. Although it was a very short stay, it was just what we needed.
