After a very trying day we arrived and were greeted by extremely friendly staff who made me feel welcome. Hotel very clean, comfy beds. Although it was a very short stay, it was just what we needed.

We had the ocean view room so the view was great. The parking is a little pricey but around manly it’s all pricey.

We booked on line and when we entered our room we were very disappointed My husband did complain and then we were given a new room with a lovely view. The lady they helped us was Coco and she was so lovely as now we had the room that we expected That’s the problem of booking on those online sites as I feel that you don’t receive a quality room.

its a bit like faulty towers , they gave me the wrong room number so when I got up there the key did not work , the bacon in the resteraaunt is microwaved not cooked , you cant put you head under in the pool due to clorine , the room was old , one elevator broke down and there were huge waits for lifts , it took 20 mins just to get some things out of my car as there was no one to help get me the keys , I will never stay there again ,

The hotel is in an excellent location. Receptions staff is helpful, but could be a little friendlier. The concierge is great. Room is ok for decor. Bathroom shower combination is borderline dangerous for operation and entry / exit. I travel a few times a year and I can remember the last time I had to pay for internet access at a hotel.
