Disgusting I got there couldn’t use pool after putting in filter pool No Netflix Receptionist rude Moved to another hotel with Novotel Manager Ben authorized a refund and wotif won’t refund Please do not book with them I’m a single mum two kids

We were extremely impressed with the generosity and professionalism of your front desk staff when we contacted them explaining that we needed to self isolate They allowed us to check in before 2 pm and offered us face masks and were lovely

This my 2nd stay during the last 9 months. I stayed because I enjoyed my first visit.Clean comfortable tranquil and surrounded by trees and parklands.I am 89 years old and carried 2 small bags.I didn't realise the driver let me off at his pickup point no 4.I had to walk up about 60 steps in light rain & then about 70 mts. to the Virgin section.I was disgusted &angry.not good for your guests.R.Ellis.
