Great location, nice friendly helpful Management, big rooms, nice vibe, felt more like a room in a home than a soulless hotel bedroom. Really liked.

Room was a double not Queen as stated when booked. Web site said there was parking available at rear for $30 a night, but no parking available to hotel guests. Loction was good. But lots of stairs to get in and out.

For the price it is very decent Ocean views and a lot of space ! I thought it had a bath and a king sized bed but no- but that was fine . Would be good if the gas cooktop was hooked up. Breakfast could have been better but my daughter enjoyed all the packets ... Alll in all comfy and clean and friendly service

The stay was lovely, the owners upgraded us as there weren't many people staying at the hotel. they were very accommodating and as our flight got cancelled for the morning, they were more then happy to give us a late checkout. Excellent hotel, location and staff. Would recommend staying here.
