The entrance and stairs and the rooms are run down but reasonably clean. Checkin staff helpful explaining the facilities. For a short stay the location and price were very good.

Absolutely brilliant! It is a great place to stay, friendly staff, It is not a fancy hotel & the rooms are quite plain, however there is Complimentary tea & coffee & a bar fridge that kept drinks nice & cold, the location is very convenient, it is across the road from central station, Woolworths is a 100m walk, plenty of local pubs for a drink or a meal. Fantastic value for money & I really loved my stay, I highly recommend staying here, The only down side is a few flights of stairs to get to the 2nd floor, no elevator, but it is not too bad. A bedside lamp would be nice for the rooms too, as the overhead fluro light is quite bright. I would gladly stay here again if in Sydney.

The room was a little shabby, but very clean and comfortable for a budget stay, handy to Central Station and the city. You could not go wrong if you book.

Good location. Need to improve the cleanliness of the bathroom, the bathroom door is jammed so hard to open and close the door, the room smelled as well. Additionally, reception attendant should be available at the desk day time other than keeping notes on the door!

Located close enough to Central Railway Station, it was convenient as we only had an overnight stay before heading back home. Bed was comfortable and appeared to be new which was a huge plus. We were lucky enough to have a private toilet and shower, which were clean. Upstairs the rooms were quiet enough for our privacy.

Great location across from central station. Property was average, but a good price. Check in was quick and the guy very friendly. Got upgraded from a single to a double room. Room was spacious and included a fridge and kettle. There was construction in a nearby building which was loud. Otherwise good stay.

Top notch cleaning skills, I could touch everything smooth and walk barefoot that clean. White fresh linen even the bedcover looked and smelled clean. Our double unit has window with fresh air, kitchens sink, utensils and kettle. TV and Aircon which we didn't use. The reception people were great and gave extra blankets and it was nicely cool in July 2025. No lifts but thankfully stairs and common areas are all lit. Oh and the toilet and showers were a common area too. Thankfully it was quiet and deserted in the hall every time we went to the bathroom which were clean. Shower water was hot which was great and we found towels and soap, tea coffee sugar, fridge, mirror, bedside table, desk and chair. Wardrobe. i paid 128 a night.
