I had a view of a car park and the units across from us for a hotel called the riverside I could not see the river even when we went for a walk it was a fair way away. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The shower/ bath was dirty, the toilet cistern ran continuously unless the lid was lifted (it also was damaged) otherwise it was a comfortable apartment

On arrival there was hair in the bath and the dryer. There were brown smears above the toilet and on the bathroom door/walls. There was dried, spilt milk inside the fridge / cupboard. The security door to the balcony didn’t lock (despite signs advising the importance of locking the unit) I did let reception know about the cleanliness concerns and he advised house keeping would come first thing, they came every day but didn’t clean anything (except make the beds). The location is great, 10-15walk along river to Southbank/beach/theatre/restaurants etc which made up for the cleanliness issues.

The bathroom was disappointing. The shower tiling was mouldy and there was residual shaving stubble on the walls in the shower. Clearly not cleaned from the previous guest. Not enough trees bags or milk. We had to share a teabag. And close to where we needed to be Other than that the place was very conveniently located

The room is a good size. Staff are great. Location is handy. The pillows were terrible.They appear to be polyester cushion stuffing just squashed inside two pillow cases.
