I have passed on the feedback to our cleaning team but if you could let me know what room you stayed in if possible so I can look over the room would be great. Afternoon Heidi, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback, We where extremely sorry to hear about the bed bugs and we take all possible measures at the hotel to make sure our hotel rooms are always free from them. We have closed off this area and have had this room attended by our pest control. In regards to the $100 deposit most time frames for return are 4-10 business days, but some banks can take up 30 days which is why we feel obliged to inform you of the worst case scenario when checking in. Thank you again for your feedback I have passed this on to our cleaning team to address.
