Shower cream empty, two cups one saucer, not real clean - old needing some TLC. Gave advice to park on street as cheaper, unfortunately it meant our car was towed due to street markets - so cost more in the end!!

It was centeral to everything we wanted to go too. It was clean, but the room could do with a re-paint but other than that it was perfect.

We paid way too much for what we got. No one was in attendance at reception for us to drop our bags (yes, we were there in reception hours). Our room was terribly smelly (mould smell) which may have been coming out of the air conditioning unit. The bedside lamps had mould on them. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom and our fridge was rusted out. The room was pretty rough and it was not cheap. We put in a private communication to the establishment but never heard from them. We won’t ever stay there again.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, beds were clean, but overall hotel is very rundown and dated. Mould in bathroom, rusty fridge.

When checking in there was no soap no toilet paper the dispensers in the shower was empty, the air conditioner remote didn’t work, the room was dirty, there was even a pair of undies poking out from underneath the bed ( definitely not ours). When I spoke to the receptionist, there wasn’t even an apology, and told they will get around to it as checkin people take priority! Absolutely disgusting, felt like I had to sterilise myself when I got home!

I was feeling quite poorly when arrived, the desk clerk was lovely, I had temperature 🤒 she gave an extra blanket. The room I had had steps inside it and in the small area it was hard to keep balance, the fridge and shower bottom of steps bed and window tv at top of steps. Would be ok for young people. Everything about the building is tired and dark. The area was full of empty shops,and homeless people and nowhere for cheap meal ended up getting a salad in woolies which was 2 minutes walk.I felt a little unsafe. I don’t think I’d stay again. Taxi for airport at 5 am was very punctual, loved that.
