No, no and no! Save your money and go elsewhere until this property is actually habitual. Unfortunately didn’t get to experience this resort in its heyday. I’m sure it was amazing. Have stayed a few times over the last couple of years and have learnt not to have high expectations at all but did previously enjoy the natural beauty of Kooralbyn and the golf course etc. This place has so much potential as a retreat from the stress of Brisbane and the Gold Coast. It’s such a shame to see it die such a slow undignified death. It needs to close until it is fit for purpose. Staff do their best but seriously, close down. Never again until the accommodation is not a hazard!

It has the making of a beautiful resort. It badly needs an injection of capital to bring it up to a reasonable standard.

Staff were friendly, however, the room was filthy with cockroaches. Someone had used the wall as a tissue in the bathroom and it had not been cleaned. There was also a strong sewerage smell that came from the washbasin whenever the tap was turned on, that rendered the sink unusable. Upon leaving I felt dirtier than when I arrived

Staff were so friendly and only too happy to help, always smiling. The wildlife is wonderful. The pools were great and the buffet was nice. Some of the amenities are quite run down and not well kept like the photos on the website. However overall the the price & location & convenience is was a lovely one night stay!

Our kids loved it! It had pool/ spas and wildlife whilst the husband was playing golf. So perfect for us. But this Resort sadly doesn’t seem to a maintenance plan or the staff around to support such a place. The staff that was there were lovely though too. Overall, it’s a lovely spot with wonderful potential and if you can see past the paint needed, it’s great.

This place is run down to a level we have not seen before simply shocking first room had water pooring thru lights and ceiling flooding the bathroom floor we were moved to another room that smelled just so bad as soon as we entered it hit you ...so over powering it smelt as tho something had died....so we were relocated again a better room but way below standard. DO youself a favour stay else where.
