Have to ask and pay an additional cost for someone to come and clean your room and pay for clean towels. No restaurant, only across the next resort you can eat and drink. Shower door broken.

Apologies about the shower door, this has now being replaced. We could put our rates up and include the daily cleaning, or like Jetstar, just pay as you go. A lot of people don't want to pay for something they are happy to not have. All the information on the website advises we are an apartment only property, I am sorry if this was a surprise for you.

Thanks Katrina, The apartments are very large for Port Douglas. We recommend the Tree Bar & Grill next door as well as St Crispins Cafe which is about 400 meters awayl Kai is also fabulous just around the corner. For the restaurants in the main street area, a local shuttle will get you there within 10 minutes, door to door. Perfect and cheaper than a hire car if on a multi day pass.

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The swim out rooms were incredible, highly recommended. The room was spacious and clean. The property is a little far from the centre of town so a car would be helpful, but overall an amazing stay. I want to come back to Port Douglas just to stay here again.

Photos do it better than in real life!!! The bathroom wasnt super clean, the sheets had a makeup stain on them when we arrived, our feet were dirty from the carpet and the pool has a grim line around it!!! Not an amazing experience at all!!!

We are sorry your stay with us didn't meet your expectations. I have noted to have the carpets steam cleaned at the next opportunity. Thank you for bringing the issue with the pools to our attention, I have now issued instructions for this to be addressed. Whilst it should have been addressed earlier, we always welcome the chance address shortcoming as the earliest opportunity.

Staff were amazing front desk in particular. Upgraded us as husband and l had a 3rd floor unit and we both had health issues. For a small amount of money they upgraded us to a fabulous pool room . Nothing was too much trouble. Mist grateful. Will definitely be going back there.
