The apartment you booked was self contained, hence no tissues. The kitchen is provided with a chux cloth, scourer and tea towel. I was unaware of the broken lid on the rubbish bin, had you bought this to our attention whilst in house it would have been replaced. Regards Ian

Had you advised us during your stay, we would have moved you to another apartment. The hot water system is being replaced and there is a new hairdryer in the apartment.
