Thank you for the lovely review. Yes, our location is fantastic!! There are no laundry facilities in the apartments but we do provide a coin-operated laundry for our guests use. We hope you come and visit us again in the future.

Thank you for the review. Unfortunately, most accommodation will have a certain number of rooms on the front road. The rooms do have glass in the windows not just the louvers for soundproofing which most guests find sufficient. Sorry, we didn't have another room available as always happy to accommodate where we can. The remote was replaced but is not always something we can replace depending on the TV and the one there now seems to be working fine. We don't carry spare lounge chairs either but there was plenty of other seating. The room was checked before you arrived and there were no bugs or bees and this was never reported to us by you either. If it had been we would have done something about it. You will, however, get bugs when doors are left open as this is the tropics! Sorry, you didn't enjoy your stay with us.
