While the room was very nice and the view wonderful, if you have a car, there is no parking. The 24 hour room service is a nice plus - and the eggs benedict = Yum!

If staying check your account as was charged for breakfast when it was included in my deal. Only reason I found out is because I requested a copy of my account as they don’t show you unless you request it, which I found strange. Staff were lovely just not sure if it is standard protocol or a one off incident. Breakfast pastries/muffins/cakes were very dry.

We stayed twice in 1 week on our way to & back from Airlie Beach. The first stay was great, check out is super quick which I love. The second stay was average. Yes, we looked like we'd driven 4 hrs straight but there was a marked difference in our check in experience and the corporate guy checking in next to us. His attendant was all smiles, ours managed to stuff up the card payment twice and didn't seem too happy. I know the building is round but the bathroom we had this time was tiny.

This hotel needs to seriously look at its maintenance. I stay here because it is well priced and central, however it is continuously let down by inferior maintenance. Everything from remotes that need new batteries to the most recent being (room 122) no hot water in the shower.

I loved the heated pool. The bed was comfortable. All appliances worked well and it was clean.i had good views from my room. The carpet needed a professional clean.
