Got given the weong room, when i got given rhe right room there was other people in rhere. Got upgraded to another room which was the same as i paid for originally and rhe new room spa wasnt working which was upsetting as i originally paid a king studio with spa and pool view. It was our 22nd anniversary and i wanted to give her something special was very disappointed. Not ro mention the room i originally booked was a mich nicer room with a working spa.

Have stayed several times at lagoons but this time it felt a bit run down for the price. The room wasn’t all that clean inside, so much bird poo and feathers all over the deck, it felt a bit dirty to walk out there or sit there. Especially when we paid for a swim out room. Pool was great & had a lovely dinner at the restaurant. Staff were lovely. Paid an extra guest fee with booking and then on arrival paid again to have the sofa bed made up should really be included in the extra guest charge. Overall a little disappointed in our stay this time.

Front desk staff lovely and welcoming. Stayed in room 99. Opened the door (handle not working properly, and a slightly musty smell in the room. Opened the sliding door and fine when it was (no screen sadly) to let fresh air in. It was fine after that. Cleanliness good but room overall needs some general maintenance (grout/silicone needs cleaning from small bits of mould)

I've stayed a few times before and previously enjoyed it, this time I noticed the facility aging. Car park was smelly. Bowls at breakfast were dirty for continental breakfast. The rooms were tidy. Staff were nice.

Overall the resort is very nice though the pool needed some maintenance and cleaning. Our room had a great layout & comfortable bed. Kitchen utensils were mimimal but adequate. If you wanted to use the verandah spa management required an additional $50. A bit steep!
