Twice i have stayed at the resort paying good money to be there and twice i have been refused entry as a guest. Im not impressed with the service and feel ripped off. The staff were surprised when i told them i was a guest staying at the resort each time and still were not budging on letting me enjoy my stay in the casino. I dont know we hat else to say aopart from im rather dissapointed.

Requested sheets and blanket, no doona when booking. Confirmed same on day of arrival. When we checked in at 11pm after a long day of travel and wanted to go to bed, got in and it was a doona. Minibar was full of drinks with caps but no bottle opener. Noisy air conditioner so had to sleep without it

A very nice property that was relaxed and very enjoyable. The pool area was fantastic, as were the food options and the staff. The minibar and in room amenities was awesome. One thing to note - I am a very light sleeper, please keep in mind that this is an events venue, which means that every night there was music being heard in the bedroom. Isn't wasn't as relaxing as other places once the sun went down. Otherwise, a very nice stay.

Fantastic stay in a great room. Great view of Townsville and the inlet. We unfortunately just stayed overnight, but worked well for us as an overnighter for the Ferry to Magnetic Island.
