Was an absolutely fantastic stay at Grand Hotel and Apartments. The room was clean and the staff were so friendly and the hotel is in a great location for walking to restaurants. Could not fault anything during my stay. Will definitely be back soon.

Lovely location and property. Check in was disappointing when I was ridiculed for asking about food delivery on Xmas day. Made a call and someone else advised option for a platter to be delivered. Confusion re room deposit ($250 when there is no actual minibar in the room) and charge for platter with an overcharge then refund applied.

The $250 security deposit is just our standard hold for potential extras from movies and hampers right through room protection. I have followed up in regards to the overcharge at it appears it was unfortunately human error but I am glad he was able to recognise it and fix it shortly after. I do want to apologise for this and the way your were greeted. Please know we will be following up with the staff member about your interaction. I do hope this did not spoil your Christmas day. We do hope you are able to visit us again in the near future and happy new years.
