One of the friendliest welcomes we have had for a long time. Great location, very reasonably priced, close to the heart of Townsville. Secure, safe, VERY comfortable beds - fantastic value for money and would be my choice to stay when next in Townsville!

The friendly staff allowed an early check in. The rooms are very spacious, fabulous amenities, loved the large bathroom with a washing machine and dryer and most of all the amazing soft bed. Would definitely stay again.

We highly appreciated the early check-in at around 10.30am, instead of being told to wait until or thereabouts unlike almost all other accommodation places. The staff gave us exceptional service. Very easy to get our heavy suitcases upstairs.... moving trolleys supplied. Very enjoyable stay, the swimming pool looked so inviting but the weather was a bit too cool fir my liking. I would definitely stay at The Madisin Ocean Breeze again! Five stars!

Top of the list is great, friendly staff. The manager has gone to great lengths to make our extended stay an enjoyable experience. The rooms are very well kept, clean and comfortable. Easy vehicle access & plenty of parking options available. The location is outstanding with postcard picture views of the beachfront, Magnetic Island and the Strand. Also close to Public Transport and several affordable dining options available for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
