The hotel really needs a restaurant or at least more information on local restaurants or delivery services. Also in my 5 day stay I had no room cleaning services so had 2 towels for a week. But in general all was good.

I booked a room with pictures of a balcony and i got a small room with just a balcony, i wouldn't have booked it otherwise, after asking the desk about it they redused ro do anything, then i emailed the website and they still refused to reimburse me with anything, Im not happy at Allwith the experience. I have photo evidence of everything aswell.

Hi there, i was the person on the desk that dealt with your complaint. You told me that you thought you had booked a room with a balcony as per the photos on expedia. I then informed you that those photos were of our apartments and you had booked a studio and we did not have any apartments available that night. You said "ok no worries" and walked out of reception. If you had voiced your complaint with me, i would have have offered you free cancellation. you decided to email your complaint after reception closed at 5pm, you did not try to call either. You did not come down to reception on check-out to tell us of the problem. furthermore, you were emailed back and informed that the photos you were referring to were a hotel overview, if you had clicked into the photos you would have seen that our studios do not have a balcony. You reply was that you were in a rush to book a room with a balcony. Ultimately, you stayed in the room for the night and we cannot offer you a refund.

I like that it is far enough away from the bustle of the streets, but close enough to restaurants and eateries.
