Big 4 Tasman Holiday Parks – Comfortable, Welcoming & Perfectly Located As I love Pallarenda Beach for its natural beauty and sense of secluded calm, I wanted an overnight stay as close as possible. Choosing Big 4 Tasman Holiday Parks was the perfect decision. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely helpful and genuinely friendly — nothing was too much trouble, and every interaction felt welcoming and easy. The cabins were spotless, spacious, and beautifully presented with modern décor that made the stay feel comfortable and relaxed rather than basic or generic. The sheets were clean and fresh, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, making for a truly restful night’s sleep. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in a great location, with excellent service and quality accommodation. I would highly recommend Big 4 Tasman Holiday Parks to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality close to the beach.

We booked a cabin with a certain bedding configuration for a reason! We were changed into a different unit which did NOT suit our needs. My daughter had to spend the first night on the couch at a friend's house as we couldn't be moved as they were booked out which I assume was why we were put into a smaller cabin! You can not assume people's circumstances!

the 1 blanket in the cabin, smelt like dirty dog. cabin was dirty and have photos. the bunk beds sheets smelt like they needed a wash. 1 toilet roll for 3 people over 2 days. the whole cabin could do with a decent clean. the entry curtain is old and needing replacing. pool area needs attention with relation to the tiles. no where near what we thought we where getting, considering the booking pics make it look grand. we will never stay again. very much needs some better cleaners and more love and respect but in.

It was close to the activities in the park like tennis court, playground and pool. Very comfortable and quiet stay. TV- the Netflix didn't work at all in my cabin maybe should asked for help with that. As we only had LiveTV. Will next time if happens again on our stay. Definitely needs a little bit of an update on equipment for older kids (8-10 year old.)

We almost packed up and came home as we were getting botten in bed When we pulled the sheets back the were quite a few ants in the bed, so we brushed them out with our hands and decided to stay and ended up having a good rest. Nice hot shower

Ensuite Studio Cabin too small

We had an Ensuite Studio Cabin which was very tiny for two adults. There was no space to put our suitcase, and no hot plate or oven. The cabin was very noisy as it was situated next to the pool and basketball court. The cabin was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower pressure great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Choose a larger cabin for a more comfortable stay.
