Great location. Check-in was a nightmare. Staff chatting away, walking off leaving a line up of frustrated clients.

The location was great. Ability to check in and out through a device saved time having to line up at reception. Unfortunately my suitcase was broken in luggage storage by another customer. While the managers handled this well by compensating me, I think the ability for other customers to access all luggage and move/touch my belongings should be reassessed. I’ve never seen a hotel allow customers direct access to the luggage storage.

In both bookings the room safe was not working and we had to change rooms twice however staff were very helpful.
