Had trouble getting in, was 9:30pm. Fortunately another guest allowed us entry. We pressed the buzzer a number of times with no assistance rendered. Once in we liked our spacious apartment. This is the third time we have stayed and will stay again at some stage.

Parking was a bit tricky in that it was not obvious from the web site where it was and there was no guest parking when checking in (i.e. no parking bay that you could access before checking in) not necessarily the fault of the hotel because of the insane design of Sydney streets. The room was very spacious & modern.Smart TV with lots of stations in every room with a large TV in the lounge area. The kitchen was exceptional. It had a full size fridge, microwave, hot water jug & toaster. It also had lots of utensils, cutlery, saucepans, frying pans plus a full size oven. Beds were comfortable with spacious wardrobes. Generally the room was quiet, although a small amount of road noise did intrude during the day. Nights were quiet though. The unit has a washing machine/cloths dryer with an iron & ironing board.

Great location, a bit annoying the pool wasn't available given it features prominently on the advertising. The young lady on reception didn't seem too onto it and we didn't getting any receipt when we stored luggage. Worst of all the bed was TERRIBLE. For 650 AUD a night we had a small, double bed that was hard and uncomfortable.

After we booked this hotel we received an email saying there was construction going on whilst we stay. They said we were going to be away from the chaos of the construction. However, it was on our balcony so we got woken up most mornings to the sound of drills hitting our walls. It wasn’t pleasant in the slightest. The only construction that was happening seemed to just be around our room and our balcony. All of the other rooms seemed to be available and we could have moved to be away from the noise that sounded our room 24/7

Booked a 3 Bedroom Penthouse, The room was dated and needed a good clean . The TV was useless and despite pointing this out on first day nothing was done to fix it . The building was undergoing a much needed face lift so all the doors to the balcony’s were locked … the only good thing I’d say was it’s in a very central location …. Would I stay here again …NO

We deliberately chose a room with a balcony only to discover on arrival that ongoing work precluded us from accessing it. This could have been made clear when we were booking it. The carpet was in sad shape but otherwise we were happy with the room.

Room was so spacious including nice balcony deck w/table and chairs and view of some of park as well as many other buildings. Very clean, included Washer & Dryer, Bedroom w/comfy bed, nice sofa & dining set as well as 2 TV's, full kitchen w/fridge, microwave, dishes, etc. Breakfast was at nearby hotel but had lots of food & beverage choices. Hotel also provided umbrellas which we needed often. Location is very central to many things. Didn't use any extra ammenities as was too busy out sightseeing for 6 days. Ubers picked and dropped off was across street. Restaurants close by especially downhill by Darling Harbor. Only issue is maybe windows could use cleaning.

Firstly I was told I would be informed when my room would be ready by message, apparently put on ‘priority’. Sat in foyer for some time and the room was ready. No message. Air con leaking badly but to be fair I was offered another room but I had unpacked. Week days was disturbed by workmen drilling and hammering in the next room.
