Our check-in experience was exceptional - arrived late on Xmas Day after a not so pleasant day - was greeted by "Charlie" who checked us in. She was so pleasant and sincere, asking how I was and whether she could do anything for me - it was the best check-in experience I have ever had and due to her I was able to cheer up a bit to enjoy our stay. Our room was magnificent with the most gorgeous views over the reace track. The room was very spacious, clean with high end finishes. My only dislike was the open bathroom concept, however, I later found out there were rooms with the traditional bathroom with door. The bed was comfortable and was great having our own coffee machine. The rooftop pool was clean and had the most amazing views. We definitely would stay here again, just loved it.
