Staff were average at the best. Checked in online, then took at least another 20 minutes to check in ( at 12:30 pm)... there was no one else trying to book in... Beds hard. Pillows high and hard. Have to say that this is the first place I've stayed to wake up with a headache both mornings. Went down for breakfast the first morning. Plenty of staff standing around chatting. No one approachedus to take us to a seat. Despite signage asking to wait here to be seated. Bathroom has dirty grout. Found some black plastic ( like it had broken off something) in the bed. Paid for a 30 massage pod session and a 45 minute sauna session at the spa, 15 minutes in pod and 30 minutes in sauna only. To say I was underwhelmed is an understatement. The pool area despite the great views had cracked tiles, empty glasses scattered around and generally looked unloved. The staff need to lift there service game.
