We had an amazing stay & loved the hotel. The staff are lovely & extremely pleasant. The restaurant food was superb & excellent!!! The only downfall was the the restaurant staff weren’t as attentive once seated the guests were seated… they firget about the little things like refilling water & taking extra drink orders as you have to ask each time & they spend too much time away from the tables & you have to wait to ask for more as they were bunched together at the other areas away from the guest tables. 🙈

The room was very nice and pleasant unfortunately i can not give it a 5star the bathroom area was great though very stylish. Bedding area standard. I didnt like the downstairs bar as it was Tiny and the breakfast area actually i was very suprised as the photos make the hotel look grand and its not. Other than that nice place.

I need refund and nobody gets back to us . We didn’t stay at hotel as we couldn’t check in after a certaint time . Now could somebody please sort this situation. Very disappointed
