We miss clicked the date & on arrival realised with the staff that we were not booked the night we arrived. There were no availability so we had to look elsewhere which was understandable, he said he was sorry and to call in the morning and we would receive a full refund which we were extremely appreciative of. I called immediately in the morning and another staff member said we would be charged the full $200 & there was nothing he could do.

Checkin easy and efficient, room was very quiet no outside noise except for the pigeons early morning. Likes the tea/coffee making facilities in the room, good start to the day

Stayed for a few nights right at minor lockdown, the room was a basic room at low cost which I selected but had no natural lighting (window )

The first room stank of mold/mildew or rising damp. Walls are dirty, sheets are so scratchy, it’s very tired and old.

The smell of bleach type cleaning products was very strong and lingering. Understand and appreciate COVID cleaning regime which was explained but still not a nice smell to try and sleep with. Otherwise all good and in line with star rating of premises
