The location was perfect on a bustling, interesting spot. The fit out of the hotel was cool and new. The spaces within the hotel were all compact like a hotel in the Marais in Paris. We stayed on a weekend and the were quite a few loud drunk guys using the hotel. I didn’t feel very comfortable to use the shared bathroom with them all banging around and no concierge present however, they seemed to be ok in the end. There was a vomit in the floor in bathroom on Sunday morning but to the credit of the hotel staff, it was quickly cleaned up. Overall, value for money despite the down sides.

Good Morning, Thank you for taking the time to review. We are so glad to hear you enjoyed our location and design. We have recently undergone an enormous rebranding/ refurb. On the other hand we are terribly sorry for the bathroom issue. Please know that we have some seriously high expectations of safety and cleanliness here at the Jensen. Is it dissapointing to hear this as our bathrooms are constantly being checked and cleaned during our hours of 8am - 7pm. Once house keeping has left for the day Guest Services ( myself included) are checking them everytime we walk past. It is not okay that yourself along with others guests had to see this. I truely hope this does not tarnish your image of us or impcact the possability of you ever returning in the future. Please reach out of you wish to discuss the issue further. Sincere apologies. Hello, We are so very, very sorry you were woken early. We are under refurbishment at the moment & we are letting guests know in advance so they can choose another of our properties to stay at if they do not wish to stay here with us. Please forgive the noisy painters - they are lovely but do know better! We will be finished very soon & will be more beautiful than ever. However, it is awful you were disturbed & we do apologise for this. Take care & thank you for letting us know.
