It was a good location, close to many cafes and resaurants. The train station was easily accessable and a quick ride into the CBD.

This place is immaculately looked after with superb facilities and really wonderful staff. My only issue was the window that you couldn't close which meant I was woken up at 6am by the garbage trucks. If it is possible to completely close the window (or block the sound) then I would love it. Despite this, it was really truly excellent!

I wasn’t impressed that the air conditioning didn’t work, only the fan worked it didn’t cool. My room was made up on the first day and then on the second day only got my bed pulled up & no bathmat was provided. And the room with the window open was extremely noisy in the early hours of the morning with the garbage truck.

Hello - We are so sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us fully. Any air-conditioning problems can usually be fixed that day if we are notified - we would have loved to have done that for you. As we are in the inner city we do get the usual outside big city noises. But if you ever need anything please always ask at Reception & we will always be happy to help!

Great location, very clean, friendly receptionist. We hadn’t realised that it was a shared bathroom situation- didn’t read facilities description properly- but it was really fine. I would happily stay there again.

Easy access to Kings Cross and associated attributes: transport, dining, entertainment. The main highlight was\ the efficient and friendly staff whereby Tracy and Larissa readily attended to all conc.erns/inquiries. Will definitely revisit.

The staff were lovely, especially the main lady at the desk. It was quiet and clean. I have a bad back so my bed wasn’t the best but everything else was great. Highly recommend this place in terms of convenience, cleanliness, quiet, location to train station.
