Room was not clean. Something left on mirror. Shower wasnt very clean. Parking not explained it was off site. An upgrade was given to a delux room. I would of hated to see a standard room. For $170 a night it was not a good room

Place was nice but had a strong cigarette odor particularly in the sheets. We were told by the manager parking was discounted to $40 if we stayed at the hotel. payable by cash only at the hotel. We later found out the parking costs $40 and the discount brings it down to $25. Seems the manager is making a little side profit.

Hello Maximus, Thank you for writing about your stay with us here at Bayswater Potts Point. We are sorry that you experienced a slight odour in your room. We have many rooms here at our properties and hope that next time you will reach out to us during your stay so that we can make you 100% comfortable. In regards to parking, we don't have our own car park here at our property, however, when guests inform us that they are needing car parking options before arriving, we are able to provide a discounted ticket option. It seems that you have paid for your parking directly to the car park, not knowing of our deal, which is a shame as the carpark is a completely separate company, and we are not able to reimburse after the event. We do not profit in any way in regards to the car park. We hope that you will let our staff know before you park or collect your vehicle so that you can enjoy the discounted tickets that must be bought directly from our hotel reception. We really hope that we will see you again some day soon! mentioned in our correspondence with you, the car park charges $40 for car parking, however if you are a guest with us, you are entitled to buy the cheaper rate tickets for $25.00 from our hotel reception. for your overnight 24 hours car parking. We are not making a profit, you are simply savif you are not a guest at the hotel, and if you are

A very nice place to stay. It was clean, tidy, modern and service was friendly. Being close to a supermarket and subway station, its location is ideal.
