Dear Barbara, we are not sure if your review has been posted to the right hotel or if you confuse the property you stayed at during your vacation. From our system we can see you stayed in room 602 you had your room made up 2 times during your 4 days stay, we have checked the footage ( after reading your review and speaking to our receptionist ) and on the 3rd day of stay you also came down, requested, and were given 3 extra towels. We have had no issue with the hot water system for about 3 years and if there was no hot water in the basin there wouldn't have been any also in the showers We are following government guidelines regarding cleaning and we take this factor very serious ( pandemic or non pandemic cleanliness is very important in hotels ) If you would like to discuss your review further feel free to reach out to us directly Kind Regards

Our check in starts at 2 pm. We let you leave your luggage with until your room was ready. Nobody promised you to give a room at 8 am as our check out time is 10 am. We are sorry if our Housekeeper disgusted you so much. Cleaning dirty rooms makes her living.

Dear Past Guest, we are extremely sorry reading your review but we strongly believe you must have stayed in a few different hotels and your mixing the reviews up. Our parking is $ 39 not $15 not $25 , our staff are 3 male guys, we don't have any female here beside Anna which is not front desk but back office, she only deals with travel agent and arranges promotions and online visibility of the property. We only have 1 hotel, we couldn't send you to another hotel for check in, doesn't make any sense. We are sorry about this experience you had but was definitely not at Sydney Boutique Hotel in Darlinghurst. Please double check and if possible remove this review Best Regards

Dear Past Guest, thank you for your recent stay and for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Indeed budget standard rooms are very compact, they are our cheapest option for travellers in need of a fresh and clean room in a great location, our Deluxe and Superior rooms are bigger, more luxurious as well as more pricey. We are not very sure about those loud vibration, usually an aircon doesn't produce loud vibrations, currently there are quiet a few construction sites around us maybe one of those could have been the cause. We hope to having you stay with us again in the future Regards

Dear Past Guest, thank you for your recent stay and for taking the time to share your feedback. It's quiet disappointed to be rated 2 because you couldn't fine Darlinghurst road. We have an address and it's 114 Darlinghurst road, you can follow google map or catch a cab to destination, they would drop you off at the door. Each room has got an aircon unit, guest can decide temperature and fan speed with its own remote control. Regards
