The Sydney airport Stamford has always been the best option when travelling and needing easy access to the airport. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and it is quiet despite how close it is. In fact, I would say they use to have the most comfortable 5 star beds and pillows I’d ever slept on and although the beds are still super comfy, they have changed their pillows. The food is the same as you'd find in most hotels. Something for everyone. It’s still one of the best options for the area.

Great value best location to airport

Conveniently located to to the airport and 20 minute ride to downtown. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and the hotel restaurant had one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve seen in a while. The only drawback with that hotel is the subterranean parking which is like a maze. It took us 10 minutes to find our car every time we wanted to leave.

Very handy to the domestic terminal. Disappointed with main restaurant which plays the music loud, we couldn't hear ourselves talk. I raised it with the manager who refused to lower it saying that loud music is the restaurant standard. there were no other restaurants nearby to use in preference which is a downside.

We are disappointed with the stay and would not likely return. As frequent travelers for business and pleasure we did not expect the following; Lumpy mattress Inability for wifi to support casting to TV Tray service fees for room service Dirty marks on the ceiling (as if someone had scuffed the ceiling with their shoes) Minbar and complimentary tea & coffee not replenished Mould in the sink and shower Dirty entrance (doorway & carpets) Outdated technology (alarm clocks), no ports for chargers Dirty sheets (not changed during our stay) Only one out of all the reception staff with a pleasant customer focus… keep that up young lady it was encouraging! Back in Sydney in 3 wks but choosing somewhere else to stay.😢
