Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff very friendly and accomodating to every request. Ended up getting a bigger room than expected, which was great! View of street was a bit disappointing and it would be nice to have a balcony option.

The breakfast was disappointing. Wasn’t hot enough nor the upkeep wasn’t up to standard and there wasn’t enough variety. Coffee shop coffee shouldn’t be charged. Should be included with breakfast. Parking was dear and it was a very tight underground car park.

Thank you for your feedback, We are not able to reconfigure the car parking as much as we would like to change it. With breakfast, we offer complimentary drip coffee but at this point are not able to include barista coffee in the cost of breakfast. but we will take your suggestion into consideration as we continue to improve our services and offerings.

The Rydges Camperdown was located ideally for my trip, as I was attending a seminar at Sydney University. In general, the location is very convenient, as several bus services stop right in front of the hotel. The refurbished rooms are spacious and look fresh, and appliances and lights work well. The hotel restaurant is also open at more times than many others at the moment. One problem I had was feeling cold overnight, even free adjusting the air conditioner temperature. It would be useful to have a spare blanket in the room during cooler months.
