After a 10 hr drive from Queensland, we had an easy check in with very welcoming staff. Our room was clean and fully equipped with everything we could have needed. The toiletries smelled AMAZING! And the shower water pressure was incredible! Great air-conditioning that cooled the whole room quickly. Our room was clean and we were so grateful to have our room made up while we were out. Every staff member we encountered was so happy and lovely.

I was pleasantly surprised by the high standard of this hotel, and then was informed it’s aligned with Accor. Breakfast was satisfactory. There was ample parking. Road noise was present but not at levels I had expected. I’ll definitely book again.

Surprisingly good quality rooms as exterior is nothing flash. All changes once inside - parking is easy, rooms are fantastic and you have to strain to hear the traffic. Will stay again and highly recommended

Highly recommend!! We got there early & were given a different room that we could access straightaway which was great. The lady on reception was very friendly & also accommodated my request for a late checkout as I was running City2surf. They even extended it a bit further so that I could have a hot shower after the race. The staff were all lovely & very friendly. Easy to find being located on the Pacific highway & only a 10min walk to Artarmon station then less than 20mins to the cbd. Would definitely stay here again 🙂
