Perfectly located for Coogee beach/the Spot at Randwick and all transport to city. Who needs to pay twice the price to stay nearer the golden sands? Only downside was the downstairs rooms got to hear the frequent bus traffic.

Great location especially as everything is within walking distance. Bathroom is very small but the room is comfortable and so was the bed.
