the wifi didnt work, the aircon didnt work properly and the tv didnt really work either. going to look at staying somewhere else next time i come up to sydney

Beds were very comfortable, staff were polite and friendly and area in general was beautifully kept and clean. Only disappointment was we brought dinner back and there was no cutlery at all except one spoon for coffee.
