Lovely place and great position - but they didn't tell us on booking that there was no breakfast service or room service during the week because the restaurant was only open on weekends during Covid restrictions. Would have been nice to know up front. Other than that, highly recommended.

We like the Hotel for its well located position and we’ve stayed several times over a period of years. This time however due to covid restrictions the pool & gym were closed. No room service on Sundays, no breakfast either and no pay TV. No compendium in the room or price for minibar items. I couldn’t buy a movie as we always do. They should have said at time of booking all of this wasn’t available as those things complete your stay. Why was there not a reduced rate ????? as there was nothing extra and we were told to order uber eats or walk around and find a place to eat. I suggest do your homework first before booking. Very disappointing overall for $429 per night absolutely nothing but room only. We won’t be back and we’ve been coming here for many years. So tired of organisations blaming covid for slackness and being upfront on the conditions prior to booking - fix it because you lost a long term client.

Great location, pillows not great. Kitchenette reasonably well stocked. Super convenient part of the CBD.

Great location and view. Internet is excellent (I was there to enable me to work) and Im sure that when the C virus is over and the hotels usual services and amenities are available again that this would be my number one choice for a stay of any length in the heart of Sydney.
