The room was clean and very well decorated. Staff was friendly and helpful. What stood out the most was the amazing location, right on the water and so close to the botanical gardens. Lots of great restaurants in the building.

Poor service for a 5-star hotel. I asked for two bottles of water at 2 p.m., and after requesting three times, I finally received them at 9 p.m. Room service is also very poor, they don’t clean the room, they just make the bed. Overall, great location and a friendly vibe!!

I stayed at Ovolo Woolloomooloo for a quick overnight stay and really loved it. The view over the Bay was gorgeous and made the stay feel extra special, even though it was short. I also have to mention the lolly station—such a fun little bonus! It definitely added to the vibe. Overall, a super nice place to stay. I’d happily come back for a longer visit next time.
