Disappointing. Underwhelming. Not really sure where to start but for the price I think it's outdated and needs a bit more spark. Staff were ill-informed of area. It was advertised a two queen beds. They were double beds. Crap view. Small, outdated room. Pros: great location, quiet at night.

Great location. The property is outdated, the bathroom is awkward getting in and out of the shower / tub over the toilet. You have to call to “book” house keeping. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The staff was amazing super helpful and friendly. The room was well kept and very clean. Bathroom a bit small and would be nice if they provided body lotion. We had a king bed it was so comfortable and it was nice and quiet at night time. Location was great, short walk to public transport, lots of restaurants, cafes to choose from. Woolworths was just around the corner, which was very handy. Parking was convenient. Thank you Novotel we had a great stay. We would definitely be coming back and we would highly recommend.

We needed a stopover before catching an early morning train trip and Novotel was ideal. Very accessible to Central. We were vey impressed with the staff, all so friendly and helpful.
