Decor is dated and pool facilities limited for similar priced hotels nearby. Compared with the Novotel in Darling Harbour, this was not as sophisticated. The breakfast buffet was much better there as well. Location is great. The staff and management were absolutely outstanding though. What a wonderful group of people. Always greeted us, helped out and even sent a complimentary bottle of champagne because we had been inconvenienced due to a faulty air conditioner. There was chocolate and a hand written note apologising. It was fantastic. It made the stay overall worth every cent. Again, congratulations to the wonderful staff!!!

The area is fantastic close to china Town and public transport. The staff were wonderful and friendly. Rooms clean and big enough for a family of four.

We chose the rate that included breakfast as it wasn’t a lot more to pay and the breakfast was fabulous. Full, fresh buffet and lots of variety. Something for everyone. It was great to have pool towels available at the pool and not to have to request them. Staff were all friendly and greeted us when we passed them. Downside - nowhere really to hang towels in the bathroom.

Very family friendly. Our kids were welcomed with a small kids gift each, the pool was heated & perfect on a cool day, and the kids menu had a great range of healthy options very reasonably priced (and our kids were given yet another small gift at dinner!).
