Very tired hotel - definitely a very different experience to other Novotels we have stayed at. Carpet was threadbare, musty smell in the room, room itself was dirty with cupboards falling apart. Restaurant and lobby beautifully presented and parking easy and convenient. Indoor pool and heated spa undergoing renovations and outdoor pool was freezing. Would not stay again.

Novotel seem to have a collection of great locations. I really don’t think it would take much to update: carpets and furnishings so the interior feels like it belongs to this century😊. Trendy balcony chairs, clean carpet- would really lift property.

Great location, kid's loved the pool. Had a sensational Italian restaurant on the site and very good breakfast selection. Rooms were comfortable and adequate, a bit dated but not a big issue.
