Friendly, courteous staff but the room was outdated, TV didn’t work and the air was stale (aircon not effective). Nearby rooms had children running up and down the corridor from 8-10pm screaming, stomping and banging doors. Was barely able to sleep, so won’t be rushing back unfortunately.

Our stay at this hotel was lovely, nice clean and spacious facilities. Lovely large room with ocean views and comfortable beds. Large swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi (even lovely in winter) & food from room service menu was delicious. A really great weekend away.

I enjoyed the enthusiasm of Reception staff on check in, and the presentation of our on arrival, particularly the bed. This is a suggestion on check in. I believe all hotel guests should have to go through the COVID check in process as we believed that all would be checked for all guests and staff safety.
