Showing it's are. Mould seemed to be on carpet and curtains. Room was smaller than previous stays. Location us great and staff friendly.

Pleaseant stay with kids. Found out parking is $25 extra a night, would of been nice to know beforehand. Also wanted another $100 per night on top of the room cost as I wanted to pay via a debit card not credit card. Not sure if this is the norm, I dont travel much. Tried to charge for beer & nuts that weren’t consumed .. didn’t have to pay thankfully. Overall I would stay again, view was nice.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your thoughts. Unfortunately, as the hotel carpark is outsourced, we do charge for hotel parking at a discounted guest-only rate of $25.00. We do have various methods of payments available, however to secure incidentals, we must carry a credit card on file or take a bond from cash or debit payments. This is the standard practice for most hotels. Having said this, we do hope that our team were able to convey this to you in a polite manner and I am glad to hear you had a pleasant stay. Looking forward to your next.

The location was stunning. Right on the beach and close to lots of restaurants. HOWEVER, the hotel itself is in need of an update. While the room was clean, there were stains on the carpet, the furniture and furnishings were throw backs to the 90’s and the bathroom while functional was fitted out back in the 90’s too (read: mouldy grout, cramped layout and cracked tiles). But the good news is that it looks like they are renovating which is why when we returned to our room in the afternoon we were treated to the soothing sounds of a jack hammer two floors up! We were not notified this was going on and were disappointed to have our room so close to the renovations where we bore the brunt of the vibrations and noise! The location is the hotels saving grace but I’d probably avoid the place until the ‘Under Construction’ signs are retired. We won’t be hurrying back anytime soon.
