Paid extra for spa room. Not all jets in spa worked. Disappointed that our room did not have a bay view. We were advised that it would cost an extra $70 for this.

View was good. Outdoor pool was good. Breakfast buffet was great. Room was disappointing. Room service food was average for price. One tv was only half working the other tv wasn't working at all. Lots of work to be done to this place. They are renovating some parts which will be good to see once done but they definitely have some work to do.

I canceled a booking with another hotel and booked with Novotel mainly due to the reputation you hold but unfortunately our staying at your hotel was a very bad experience. Why - * As soon as we entered the room at 10:30 PM on Saturday (late check-in) we smelled the carpet and it was horrible, we had no option as it was too late to change and we were so tired already.. * The air-condition was not even working correctly, therefore, we could not sleep well either * The toilet seat was not standing therefore when I go for urination in one hand I had to hold the toilet seat while doing the job *The fridge was super dirty with heavy mold inside (I have photos) and there was no milk provided *Furniture in rooms was very old (but this was not a worry for us) we expected at least above average furniture for the price we paid. *The TV was very old, not clear therefore we could not satisfy our son during the stay. Yes, everything was bad.. except the breakfast..(we paid separately for that) The overall experience was 1 star and we felt like staying in a 3rd rated lodge...

I loved every second of my stay at the Novotel Brighten-Le-Sands, the staff are super friendly and helpful, location was also great a short walk to cafes, shops and beach I'll definitely book a room at Novotel Brighten-Le-Sands when I need to book a room 💯

The hotel is old and tired. Unfortunately we were given one of the dated rooms, shabby bathroom conditions and fuzzy TVs. The restaurant remains excellent, staff at breakfast are wonderful. I think when you book a suite you should be given one of the updated rooms.

The Novotel staff were wonderful to interact with. The first night my room was surrounded by noisy guests and on request I was immediately moved to a quieter room. The rooms were spacious compared to many others I have stayed in over the years.
