Fantastic location. It’s an older property which I like as it’s solid and has better sound insulation than newer builds. It’s not glamorous or fancy, but comfortable, high ceilings (which I also like), good temperature controlling, good shower. The outside, reception and lift are much shabbier than the actual room.

Hallways were pretty drab, but the rooms were just great. Incredibly comfortable beds, top quality bed linens, wonderful shower. There is a cafe on the ground floor that was fantastic. Pretty neighborhood; and the Miranda mall is a very short walk away. We would absolutely stay there again. Price is very modest. Staff was super nice and helpful!!

There was ample parking during our visit. Easy access to morning breakfast (& lunch) at Piggies Cafe at ground level of the premises or to walk Westfield Shopping centre just across the road. Easy access to our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church for Sunday Mass. Room cleanliness was excellent with daily housekeeping making it a treat to return to the room. Friendly reception & housekeeping staff.
