The $100 deposit was pointless, besides leaving me with $5 for the rest of my stay until it was refunded. It’s refunded As you leave without the room being checked, I’m not sure what the point of it is. The lifts where not cleaned hourly as per corona policy, they where left uncleaned between 5pm and 7pm when the lift is in most use with people going out to eat and coming back. Smokers aren’t allowed to smoke on the balcony yet there isn’t a designated smoking area or a safe place to smoke in the early hours when I couldn’t sleep because of the doors banging as people came and went all night. Every door on the floor I was on (3) creaked and banged. The staff on the counter where very pleasant and well presented
