Friendly staff. Room was clean. A bit dated but we werent expecting anything fancy given the price. The original room we were in, the AC wasnt working properly. However the staff were very helpful, quickly examined it and then moved us to another room where the AC was working. We would stay here again.

Ok hotel, showing its age in lots of areas though. Frustrating having to swipe room card in the lift to go down to reception. Other guests shared my thoughts. And frustrating having to keep a parking voucher displayed on your dashboard while using the carpark. My rego number had already been asked for and submitted at check in. Little things, but not not normally experienced at similar hotels. The big downside, which is why I rated service 2 stars, was being charged $20.00 for 2 cans of soft drink and a bag of crisps by reception. Way way over the top and totally unnecessary.

Only stayed for a day, some liquids like hand wash were empty only realised when staff had left. 2 bath towels for 3 people and 1 hand towel. Apart from these the stay was pleasant. Note that there is a large common terrace which has glass door access from several rooms and cutesy common area. Also first time access to the hotel is Only through driveway as lift access is card access so if you have luggage it's a bit of work. Reception was very friendly. They also have a nice cafe piggies or something where the coffee is good. Thank you!
