Rooms were clean, parking was a bit hard with small area but manageable, elevators were a bit confusing at times being either to the other side or right next to you despite saying which letter it will be, finding the parking area was confusing as it being on a side street made it difficult to it behind parked cars.

From the minute we walked through the door, I was impressed by the quick response from the staff. They showed how to use the card for the lift and when we had a question re the television, someone was up to our room in minutes. My husband was VERY apprehensive about staying in the city but on viewing our stay he was completely happy.
