I was charged 3 times on my credit card . On every transaction they charge you extra surcharge. The reason to charge 3rd time was they charged me less last 2 times . They tried charging me another surcharge 3rd times even though it was their mistake. No bin in the kitchen . In fact only 1 very small bin in the bathroom . No other bin in the whole 1 bedroom, 1 lounge ,1 laundry and kitchen property. Netflix and another paid TV button on the remote wasn’t working. Only free TV channels available to watch . They charge / night a lot but very disappointing amenities and customer service. Needs a lot of training to the staff . EFTPOS machine tap feature wasn’t working either. Will never be coming back to stay here ever again.

Our stay started off poorly by being kept waiting whilst staff members were scrolling on their personal phones. Hallway leading to the room smelt horrible. Once in our room, the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard - dust covering almost every surface, coffee stains on the tables left from previous customers and mould throughout the bathroom. We will not be staying at this hotel again
