Reception was not very friendly upon check in and not very helpful when we found our room needed towels and pillows. Tv not working yet reception offered no assistance other than to chance rooms which wasn’t possible as one of our children was already sleeping. Traffic was very noisy making it impossible to rest peacefully. All we heard all night was the slamming doors of those in the rooms next to us and traffic. Beds are ok for comfortsbkirky.

property met my expectations with restricted services due to covid. what I did not like was the driving of piles for the light rail in all night long (not the hotels fault)
