Room is very nice, spacious, modern and clean. Person at reception was OK, but not particularly friendly. Downside is that it is a 20 minute walk to Paramatta. There is a supermarket opposite but no decent cafe anywhere close, McDonalds and KFC are not what I would call decent

We were very happy with our stay at Rosehill Mercure. Our room was clean, modern and comfortable. Our dinner at the restaurant was cooked to perfection and well presented. Staff were friendly and helpful. Car park was easy and gave great peace of mind. Location was very convenient to the racecourse. We would be happy to be repeat clients in the future.

Staff were great, though they could use 2 staff on reception during peak check-in and check-out times. Room and amenities were clean, apart from some stains on the chair and carpet. Beds were comfortable. A guest services book in the room would have been helpful.
