poor signage made it difficult to actually get to the property that was the only problem being on such a busy road without a left turn into the property and poor signage to help find it was frustrating. the staff were very accommodating and polite with their help. great service

Not very clean, they left only half a toilet paper, no soap, no lights in the room, it was not good. We have been in other Ibis motels but this one was one of the worst.

Staff were polite, I didn't have a lot of contact with them. Room was clean for a budget motel but it has had a lot of guests. Not fond of the bunk bed above the queen bed. Bathroom amenities were clean, the hand basin plug was missing, not helpful. Biggest complaint I have is charging guests $10 per night to park in the car park what's going on here?? Next time I'm looking for accommodation I won't be putting this motel at the top of the list, I think only for emergencies.

It’s budget, so you need to BYo toiletries. The bed was lovely, pillows were nice. It was safe and quiet. Perfect for overnight on our way back to Yass. Bathroom was clean. International roast coffee wasn’t great, but it did the job!

I know the price was OK. But Its the first time that we have stayed in an IBIS accomodation. Its one of those places were you get 2 cups one chair , the shower lets loose onto the outer floor tiles. The window blind didn't function properly, to keep it down we had to add a weight to the middle of it so it wouldn't fly up and expose us in bed, etc. There were a few others who must have been vaping as you could smell it the hall. It was different. Looked just a bit worn out. needs a paint job. But was able to sleep reasonably well. The air conditioner roared when it turned on in the middle of the night. so we kept it off. All in all WE won't complain. we get what we paid for.

Actually we booked for a King bed upon arrival at the front desk, the lovely lady at the front desk appologises for the changes made instead of having a king size bed, they got a queen bed, and also offerred free breakfast the next morning, my parner & i didnt mind, we just took the room and we loved it, i would like to thank all staff for their smiling faces that served us during our stay at the hotel 😇😇 hats off to you all

Upon arrival, room was without soap. Second bed (single bunk) was not made up, nor was there a quilt to accompany the folded sheet and pillow left on the bunk. Questionable stains on the wall above toilet cistern. Overall cleanliness and feel of the room was below standard. Parking is easy and there is ample, staff member at reception during check in was friendly and helpful.
