The ibis Casula is so good, there is no mucking around just pay for the room no deposit only takes 5 min to book in I would recommend this motel to anyone looking for somewhere easy to stay

I usually rate this property very high. However, this time the air con in my room was not working. I spoke to the staff and they said that they would fix it - but they didn't. So for two nights I had to have my windows and blinds open which allowed the outside lights and noise to continually disrupt my sleep. It won't take much to check on each air con.

I have stayed at this place for business over the last 5 years. In that time it has improved significantly. I do miss the previous managers as they were so welcoming.

It used to be better with the previous stuff. The new stuff make you feel unwelcome. They are ignorant and unprofessional. I will give it one more try in the future. If next time it will be the sane, that will be the last time for me at this hotel.
