Staff were super helpful allowing me to boil in early for my trip to the city. Car parking is very tight but fee. St Leonard’s Station 10 minutes walk.

Nothing nearby. Can't fit the jug under the tap, had to fill it with mugs. Has a microwave but only one teaspoon and no other cutlery. Soap was very old and useless. The curtains don't cover the top part of the window and the light outside was on all night. Impossible to sleep. Also every time someone shut a door the bang shook the room. Traffic noise was horrible until 11.00 p.m. never again also drunk and swearing people in the next room could be heard til 2.oo a.m Never again

There was mould in the bathroom, spiderwebs, old stains on sheets and bed bugs. I ended up staying 1 night only and found somewhere else. My daughter thankfully got a room at Mercure for the night as she was needing to do snibsctetisl shower for surgery the next day. The room was not cut out for this. She got bitten by bed bugs for over a 20min rest before we were going out for dinner.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay. The amenities were well below what was advertised online. The bathroom was particularly concerning. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, and this fell far short. On top of that, the room did not match the photos shown online. The pictures made it look modern, bright, and spacious, but the actual room felt outdated, smaller than expected, and poorly maintained. It did not reflect what was advertised when booking. Overall, this was not the quality I expected, and I would not choose to stay here again unless significant improvements are made.

It's a low budge place that is clean and (as much as I can judge) safe. The location is convenient with St. Leonards station near by and Crows Nest for eating. Aircon works, and it's reasonably quiet (aircon hums). We at at a Vienames place called "Chill". Good value, tasty and friendly. Very good for what it is. Nothing fancy about it. Solid choice for low budget.

Clean room, staff very friendly, even upgraded me as a change of plan had happened. Quiet, room had everything I needed. Have stayed here many times and would recommend. Very close, walking distance to Royal North Shore Hospital.
